CUSTOM ORDERS
Please place your order at least 2 weeks in advance of your event. If you need it sooner, We will try to accommodate a tighter schedule. A rush fee may apply for orders placed within 24 hours of pick-up.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Due to the custom nature of our work, all orders will have a no refund, no exchange policy.
-Orders canceled/postponed 7 days or more of pick up date will be given store credit, after which payments will be forfeited.
- Orders placed over the phone require full payment to confirm the order.

SHIPPING
When processing your order I want to make sure your items arrives in one piece. NO Offense to any mail carriers but packages can be miss handled, kicked,throwed around. Your items will be packed nice and neatly. To insure your order arrives the way it left.
TURNAROUND TIME
Please understand some things do take 3-4 Days or longer to process. Rush Order is a option, and will push your order ahead but it still may not be available for next day. For example
custom jackets takes 5 days for shipping and 1 day of production that's 6 days instead of the 2 week time frame. So please make sure you order your items 2 weeks early.
PARTY RUSH ORDERS
Avoid Rush Fees Order All Your Party Item's In advance. If you order you items the same week as your event it is considered a rush item. The Extra fee is $50 That option is located at the check out section. IF THE RUSH ORDER OPTION IS NOT CHOSEN AT CHECK OUT IT WILL BE CONSIDERED INVALID AN ORDER AND MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED IN 24 HOURS.
